Logo and contact graphics
Doors, rear panel or other agreed areas can carry the logo, service line and contact details. Confirm the size and cut vinyl or printed film route on a vehicle proof.
AMF Auto Services LLC · Al Quoz · Dubai
Make your company recognizable without paying to cover panels your message does not need. Our Al Quoz team helps with the design and fitting, from door lettering to a coordinated printed wrap.
Published Dubai market examples range from AED 1,790 for door graphics to AED 7,600 for a full printed wrap excluding the roof. Compare the included work, then request your vehicle-specific quote.
Start with your vehicle model and the message you want customers to remember. Artwork, photos and a target date help, but you can call before the brief is ready.

Choose useful coverage
Make the company name, main service and contact route easy to read. We help with the design and fitting, whether you bring finished artwork or need help arranging it. Choose the branded panels before selecting the film.
Doors, rear panel or other agreed areas can carry the logo, service line and contact details. Confirm the size and cut vinyl or printed film route on a vehicle proof.
Use selected side and rear panels for a larger message while retaining much of the original finish. Define exactly which panels and whether the roof or glazing is excluded.
A larger wrap can unite imagery, color and wording across suitable body panels. It needs detailed measurements, joins, artwork checks and more production and installation time.
For a standardized multi-vehicle rollout, see commercial vehicle wrapping. For smaller cut decals or decorative designs, compare car graphics.
Choose the coverage before comparing prices
Door lettering, partial graphics and full printed coverage involve different work. These published Dubai market examples help with early budgeting. Your Wrapping.ae quote is prepared for the vehicle, design, material and panels you choose.
The published market reference lists plotter-cut or print-and-cut vinyl for doors. Confirm the number of doors, dimensions and whether rear lettering is extra.
Its half-wrap example covers selected body panels. A coverage percentage alone does not establish which doors, bumpers or rear panels are included.
Its full-wrap example excludes the roof. Complex bodywork, glazing, special materials and old-film removal need their own specification.
List design revisions, measured proofs, film and laminate, printing, preparation and fitting. Identify old-graphic removal, paint repairs, authority applications and fees separately. Confirm the total including VAT and the agreed collection schedule before production.
Market examples checked in October 2026 from published vehicle-branding price references. That supplier lists VAT-inclusive prices. These are external budget references, not Wrapping.ae packages or a promotion.
Give design a usable starting point
One approved brief keeps the artwork, quote and fitting team aligned. Name the decision maker who can approve the final file and any changes.
Send a vector logo if available, approved colors, fonts, service wording and contact details. Include rights for any third-party artwork.
List make, model, year and body variant. Send clear side and rear photos, and note repaired panels, existing graphics or modified bodywork.
Define the audience, routes, campaign dates and the one message people should read first. Keep the phone number or web address legible. Review the main message from a normal viewing distance, not only while zoomed in on a screen.
Flag mandatory wording, language requirements, prohibited placements, glazing, cameras, handles and permit responsibilities.
Specify vehicle count, coverage, artwork revisions, print and laminate, fitting, removal, permit work, fees, taxes and downtime. An existing fleet should include the earlier production file or a sample vehicle.

Approve the vehicle view
Ask for a proof mapped to the actual vehicle from each branded side and the rear. Mark seams, door breaks, recesses and areas the driver or equipment must keep clear.
Screen colors can differ from print. Request a physical sample if matching an existing fleet matters. Changes after print production may affect cost and schedule.
You can start with an idea. Before production, the approved file needs to be usable at the actual fitted size.
Design proof and authority approval
Dubai’s advertising decree requires a permit for advertising on a vehicle and identifies the RTA as the competent authority. Use Mada Media’s vehicle advertising service for current application conditions. These include Arabic-content requirements and a prohibition on barcodes, so a QR code should not be added as a default design feature. Confirm the final artwork and vehicle category before production. Read the Dubai advertising decree.
Name who prepares documents, submits the application, pays fees and responds if artwork needs revision.
Check trade name, vehicle, message, language, placement and approved artwork against the application.
Confirm approval covers the final file and vehicle before fitting. Keep the permit, validity dates and approved layout together. Check whether a later campaign or vehicle change needs another approval.
Standard full and partial advertising-wrap categories exclude windows. For a separate glass proposal, review window decal placement and visibility before producing the artwork.
Specify the finished construction
Choose materials for the artwork, contours and intended use. Record actual product names and a compatible print and laminate combination in the quote. Compare a physical sample when brand color matters. A brand name alone does not define the installed system.
Solid-color logos and text on suitable panels. Check small detail, color count, edge position and removal of old graphics.
Photography, gradients and complex layouts. Check panel splits, print method, color proof and contour suitability.
Agree finish and matched film system. Record care instructions and any written supplier and fitting warranty limits.
The quote should identify the film, laminate, covered panels, preparation, installation and exclusions. Ask which exact product is available and which durability and warranty conditions apply to your panels.
A named system makes comparison easier
One manufacturer-documented pairing is 3M Print Wrap Film IJ280 with Gloss Wrap Overlaminate 8428G. It illustrates the level of detail to request when comparing a printed vehicle wrap.
This is a product example, not a stock or certification claim. Confirm the locally supplied system, compatible printing process, finish, panel suitability and applicable warranty in your quote. A protective print laminate is different from stone-chip PPF.
Map the real vehicle
Measure the vehicle that will be fitted. Templates and photos help plan, but wheelbase, doors, hinges, handles, trim and added equipment change the usable area.
Flaking paint, filler, rust or unstable old film can limit installation and removal. Assess and quote preparation separately. Unknown repaired paint cannot have a no-damage removal guarantee.
Plates, lights, cameras, sensors and the driver’s view.
Side and rear glazing, language and any campaign placement restrictions.
Roof, bumpers, mirrors, door returns and window areas included or excluded.
Keep critical copy away from panel gaps, recesses and high-stress edges.
A controlled handoff
Lock the approved artwork version, vehicle list, panels, material construction, permit responsibility and written total.
Inspect the surface, remove suitable dirt and residue, produce the graphics and fit them to the agreed areas. Additional paint or old-film work needs approval.
Review joins, edges, legibility, controls and cleaned surfaces. Receive care guidance and a record of the materials and any written warranty terms.
Branding typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the vehicle and design. Artwork changes, authority approval, old-film removal, paint preparation and multiple vehicles can extend the project. Agree when the fitting window starts and confirm collection before releasing the vehicle from work.

Control the next vehicle too
Keep the approved logo, colors and message hierarchy as the master reference. Each body type still needs a measured design proof. When the artwork is settled, plan vehicle groups, installation slots and future reprints with our commercial fleet wrapping service.
For body-specific coverage, compare van wrapping or truck graphics and wrapping.
Plan the next change now
Keep stable business details separate from messages that will expire. That can make a future change easier to price without replacing every graphic.
Discuss the campaign end date, permission validity and removal before production. A short installation period does not remove the need for suitable paint and agreed approval.
Protect the finished graphics
Ask when washing may resume, which cleaners and pressure limits apply, and how to report an edge that starts to lift. Inspect high-use doors and panel edges periodically. Scrapes, collision damage and neglected paint are separate from a film or fitting defect.
Our vehicle-branding service includes support for material defects and workmanship errors. Accidents, vandalism and improper care are excluded.
Record the product, laminate, duration and covered work on your quotation and invoice. Contact the workshop with photos if an edge lifts or another fitting concern appears.
Before booking
The market examples above list AED 1,790 for door graphics, AED 5,900 for a half wrap and AED 7,600 for a full wrap excluding the roof. They are another supplier’s published VAT-inclusive examples. Wrapping.ae provides a separate quote based on your artwork, panels, film, preparation and fitting. Approval work and fees must be identified.
Yes. Our branding service includes design assistance as well as fitting. Start with your business name, vehicle model and intended message. A vector logo and brand colors help when available. Agree the design work, revisions and final vehicle proof before printing.
Application handling must be agreed in your quote. Confirm who supplies documents, submits the application, pays fees and responds to changes. Your approval of the design is separate from authority permission to display the advertisement.
Branding typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the vehicle and design. Artwork, approvals, old-film removal, preparation and fleet scheduling can add time. Confirm the fitting slot and collection date for the agreed work.
The logo, message and colors can remain consistent. Door positions, wheelbase and body height may require a separate measured layout for each vehicle type. Keep one approved master file and identify every vehicle-specific version.
Glazing needs separate visibility, material and approval checks. Side and rear windows are not automatically included in body graphics. Keep the driver’s view, cameras, sensors, plates and lights clear.
The result depends on the film, age, paint condition and repair history. Inspect first and price removal separately. Weak clear coat or repaired paint can lift, and an outline from uneven fading can remain.
This service covers adhesive vehicle graphics and branding. Electronic advertising displays and specialist vehicle formats require a separate equipment, availability and approval assessment. They are not included in a standard graphics quote.
Vehicle-branding work includes support for material defects and workmanship errors. Accidents, vandalism and improper care are excluded. The exact product, duration and covered work belong on your quote and invoice.
A separate offer or contact panel can make updates easier when planned into the artwork. Check the existing film, approved design and permission requirements first. New print may differ from graphics that have aged outdoors.
