Gloss
A reflective finish emphasizes color and body contours. Compare a physical sample in daylight and workshop lighting, then discuss visible surface texture and your expectations.
The finish is only half the decision
Worried a color change will hide the details that make your Lamborghini special? Plan the edges, exposed carbon and original paint before choosing a wrap.
At Wrapping.ae in Al Quoz, we help you compare vinyl coverage for your Huracán, Aventador or Urus. Start with the actual car and a written fitting brief, then choose the finish.
The SUV range is a category guide, not a fixed Urus package. The SUV guide includes 5% VAT. Bodywork, preparation, chosen film and any extras need written confirmation.

Choose the job you actually need
Want a different appearance, more resistance to road debris, or both? The material needs to match that purpose. A vinyl color change should not be sold as an equivalent to dedicated paint protection film.
| Your priority | Route to discuss | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| A new color or finish | Vehicle wrapping vinyl | Named cast-film series, color code, finish and coverage. Discuss stone-chip protection separately. |
| Keeping the existing paint visible | Clear paint protection film | Covered impact areas or full-body coverage, exact product and regional warranty conditions. |
| A different color with protection | A suitable colored PPF product | Confirm local supply, product properties and cost. Do not assume every colored film is PPF. |
| Cracked, peeling or poorly bonded paint | Paint assessment before film | A wrap does not repair the underlying coating. Address unsuitable paint before installation. |
For protection-led work, compare our paint protection film service. Keep vinyl and PPF as separate line items if the brief includes both.
Put the boundaries on paper
Two quotes can both say full wrap and cover different areas. We recommend a panel list that identifies what changes color, what remains exposed and where the original color may still be visible.
Name the hood, roof where applicable, doors, fenders, rear quarters and bumpers. Add mirrors and any painted spoiler surfaces individually.
Agree accessible edge returns and expected joins. Door jambs, deep openings and hidden returns need their own scope, especially when the new color contrasts with the original paint.
Identify exposed carbon, textured plastics, grilles and existing accent pieces that should remain visible. Do not treat every black surface as a painted panel.
Price the same scope
There is no single reliable price for every Lamborghini. A Huracán coupe, an Aventador and an Urus need different panel and access plans. The table gives a useful starting point without turning a general category price into a model-specific promise.
| Work | Price basis in AED | How to use the guide |
|---|---|---|
| Huracán full exterior vinyl | Individual written quote | Confirm body style, selected film, painted-panel list, bumpers, mirrors, edges and existing graphics. |
| Aventador full exterior vinyl | Individual written quote | Confirm the exact bodywork, door openings, aero components, trim access and exposed carbon. |
| Urus full exterior vinyl | SUV category guide 15,750–26,250 including 5% VAT | Planning reference only. The final Urus quote follows inspection, film selection and a defined coverage list. |
| One painted hood, roof or trunk | Panel category guide 1,200–2,000 | A general site guide. An exotic-car panel, openings, finish or access requirement can change the quotation. |
| Stripes, roof accents or combined vinyl and PPF | Quote to design and material | Price the dimensions, panel boundaries, artwork, removal and each chosen material separately. |
These ranges come from our published wrapping price guide. They are planning references, not fixed model packages. Full-exterior sedan and SUV ranges include 5% VAT where shown; VAT for panel accents and stripes is confirmed separately. Your written quote should itemize the film, fitting, preparation, old-film removal, any repairs, VAT and the final amount payable before booking.
The exact film, covered panels, exclusions, preparation, permitted dismantling and completion estimate. Record the product and workmanship support separately.
A higher number is not proof of a better fit. Ask which additional work the price includes.
Start with the car in front of us
Confirm coupe or open-top bodywork, painted roof coverage if applicable, bumper shape, rear-wing surfaces and any existing graphics. A central stripe, contrast roof or full color change needs a different panel plan.
Review the precise variant and any modified aero parts. Discuss access around doors, intakes and shaped bumper areas, plus which carbon surfaces stay uncovered. Confirm any joins before installation.
Separate painted roof and body panels from glass, trim and textured areas. Include mirrors, bumpers and any painted spoiler sections by name. A two-tone roof treatment can change the look without wrapping the full SUV.

Think beyond the color swatch
A reflective finish emphasizes color and body contours. Compare a physical sample in daylight and workshop lighting, then discuss visible surface texture and your expectations.
A softer sheen can suit a restrained color change. Review the selected sample on the car so the contrast with gloss trim and exposed carbon makes sense.
A low-reflection appearance changes how the panels read. Use care products approved for that film and avoid polishing methods intended to increase gloss.
A roof, hood detail or narrow stripe can retain more of the original appearance. Agree the boundary, symmetry and color relationship before artwork is approved.
Ask to see the named manufacturer's current sample and product information. Online color previews are useful for narrowing choices, but they are not a reliable match for the final material.
The details you see up close

Inspect and document existing marks, paint repairs and adhesion concerns. The surface needs to be suitable before film is fitted. Identify any repair or additional preparation in the quote.
Record the badges, trim or aero pieces approved for removal and the parts that remain fitted. Identify who handles refitting, replacement clips and any specialist checks required for affected equipment. Extra access should have a defined purpose and price.
Review the plan around recesses, sharp changes of direction and openings. Where an inlay or join is appropriate, agree its position and appearance.
Look at the finish in more than one light. Review panel edges, joins, badges and opening clearances against the agreed brief.
A useful example identifies the model, film series, covered panels and fitting date, with close photographs of edges and joins. Ask which details apply to your own car.
A full-car image can help you compare a color or design. It cannot establish film identity, hidden coverage, installation quality or the condition of the original paint by itself.
Protect the decision as well as the finish
Document its condition before wrapping. Follow the selected film's installation, care and removal guidance. Sound original paint is a better starting point, but damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every car.
Tell us about paintwork, repairs and clear-coat issues. Refinished coatings may behave differently when adhesive film is removed. Check curing requirements with the paint supplier before installation.
Identify the product and approximate age if known. Inspect edges, adhesive and the substrate before agreeing removal. Old film and hidden paint damage can add work to the job.
Make the fitting date work for you
A full color change needs more than an available slot. Confirm the material, preparation and fitting details before planning when you will have the car back.
Share the model, photos, desired finish and covered panels. Mention previous paintwork, old film and aftermarket body parts.
Your first estimate starts with your actual car.Review a physical sample and the paint condition. Agree which edges, trim and carbon surfaces are included before the final quotation.
You know the finish and the boundaries before fitting.Record the VAT-inclusive price, preparation, exclusions, support terms, drop-off and estimated collection. Review the completed work together at handover.
One written agreement for the work and the schedule.Keep the details with the car
The handover should leave you knowing how to look after the finish, what is covered and who to contact if something needs attention.
Check the current permit, inspection and registration requirements for your vehicle through the official RTA guidance. Confirm the process before changing its registered color.
Include it in your budget Authority charges are separate unless expressly included in your quotation.
Keep the invoice, manufacturer, film series, color code, fitting date and covered-panel list. Add the care instructions and the applicable product and workmanship terms.
These details help with a replacement panel. New film may not match surrounding material that has aged in service.
Follow the waiting period given for the installed film. Check which cleaning products are compatible.
Keep pressure jets away from edges. Clean fuel spills and contamination promptly using the approved method.
Avoid abrasive polishing intended to increase gloss. Use covered parking where practical and follow the product's regional care guidance.
If something needs attention
Report lifting edges or a fitting concern early, with your film details and clear photos.
Ask for the exact warranty valid for the supplied product and region. Surface orientation, climate, care and the defect can affect coverage.
Obtain the separate fitting terms, including duration, covered issues, exclusions and claim contact. Confirm how lifting edges or a fitting fault will be assessed and which remedy applies to the agreed work.
Answers before you commit
Huracán and Aventador work needs an individual quote based on the film, panels and fitting scope. Our SUV category guide is AED 15,750–26,250 including 5% VAT for planning an Urus inquiry, not a guaranteed Urus package. Confirm preparation, removal, exclusions and the final VAT-inclusive price.
Yes, discuss a partial-coverage design around the painted surfaces of your actual car. Glass, textured trim and exposed carbon should not be assumed to be part of a roof or accent package. Agree the design and boundaries first.
No. Vinyl is primarily an appearance choice, while PPF is selected for its specified protective properties. If you want a color change and protection, ask about a suitable product or separately scoped work. Confirm the actual material available.
A photo can guide the conversation, but screens, lighting and reflections alter appearance. Choose from a physical sample and record the manufacturer, film series and color code before approval.
That cannot be promised for every vehicle. The paint's condition, repairs, film age, exposure and removal method matter. Repainted, weak or damaged coatings need particular assessment before wrapping and removal.
Only where agreed in the coverage brief. Full exterior does not automatically include door jambs, deep openings or exposed carbon. Mark the surfaces to wrap and the areas that should remain visible.
Plan for several days for a full color change, then confirm a schedule after inspection and film selection. Old-film removal, surface preparation, material supply and extra fitting work may extend it.
Ask for a relevant completed job with the model, film, coverage and fitting details identified. Close views of panel edges and joins are more useful for judging the proposed standard than a distant color photo.
