Start with the amount of change you want. These are our published category guides for exterior color vinyl. They are planning ranges, not fixed Kia packages or PPF prices.
One named panel. Roof glass, antenna access, rails and existing film can change the work.
Category guide for sedans such as the K5 or Cerato. Confirm bumpers, mirrors and edge returns.
Category guide for Sportage, Seltos or Sorento. Assess size, painted areas and roof arrangement.
Price the actual body and panel list. A sedan rate does not establish the cost of a crossover or minivan.
Identify each piece. A small trim job and several complete panels are different packages.
The current wrapping price guide is the basis for these ranges. VAT treatment, preparation, paint repairs and removal are confirmed separately. Compare the final VAT-inclusive total for the same film and covered panels.
Your written quote should list film supply and fitting, each covered panel, edge finishing and agreed trim removal. Old-wrap removal, paint repair, extra preparation and authority fees need their own inclusion or exclusion. Check the VAT line and final payable amount before booking.
The first conversation only needs your Kia model and the change you want. If two finishes appeal to you, compare them against the same panel list so a material upgrade is not confused with a larger package.
These examples use the published vinyl guide ranges to help you compare work. They are illustrative estimates, not completed customer projects or fixed offers. The selected film, fitting inclusions, preparation and VAT treatment are settled in the written quote.
A K5 with stable paint and no existing wrap is a useful sedan example. The proposed work is exterior color vinyl on the agreed body panels, with mirrors and the painted roof included in the coverage discussion.
AED 8,000 to 15,000 guideDecide whether factory color can remain visible at door openings. Deep jambs, paint repair and existing-film removal should not be assumed within the guide. A specialty finish can change the material quotation.
For a Seltos with a suitable painted roof, a contrasting vinyl panel can change the look while retaining the body color. The quoted panel must follow the actual roof design and glass boundaries.
AED 1,200 to 2,000 guideThis is a one-panel example. Pillars, mirror caps, rails and several trim pieces are separate decisions. Review antenna access and any old film before fixing the installation and collection time.
Plan your transport before booking
Allow a few days for a full color change, following our workshop planning guidance. A roof or trim job is smaller, but its collection time still depends on access, preparation and the selected film. A blanket promise of a few hours is not suitable for a complete Kia wrap.
Inspect the finish, remove agreed old film and clean the surfaces. Paint repairs or adhesive cleanup can extend the appointment.
Apply the selected material, finish edges and recesses, and complete product-specific heat treatment where required.
Installation, settling and collection are separate stages. For context, 3M describes about a day of full-wrap fitting plus another day in the shop for adhesion. That is manufacturer guidance, not a guaranteed Kia booking time.
A crossover, sedan and minivan can need very different work even in the same color. Focus on painted surfaces, openings and the details that will remain visible.
Agree treatment of the charge flap, flush handles where fitted, rear spoiler and painted roof areas. Keep the charging opening and seals functional. Match the plan to the year and trim rather than assuming every EV6 has the same roof.
Separate painted panels from textured wheel-arch cladding and lower trim. Discuss roof rails, glass openings and contrasting pillars so the finished design has deliberate boundaries.
Long side panels, sliding-door openings, handles and the roof need a minivan-specific assessment. Decide how far film returns into accessible edges without interfering with tracks or seals.
Compare a complete exterior change with a contrasting roof or hood. Existing chrome, badges and any repaired panels should be reviewed alongside the new color.
Tell us about resprays, repaired bumpers, spoilers or body kits. Film follows the underlying surface. Chips, dents and weak clear coat can remain visible or affect adhesion.
A color that looks right on your phone can feel different beside the actual car. Compare physical samples outdoors and in shade. Check the match against uncovered paint before committing to a two-tone design.
Gives sharper reflections and a familiar paint-like appearance. Surface defects still need assessment underneath.
Softens reflections while retaining some sheen. Use cleaners and any coating specifically compatible with the film.
A flatter look that needs suitable care. Abrasive polishing can change its appearance rather than restore it.
Metallic, color-shift and textured effects need their own material and application check. Confirm the actual product and availability.
A wrap changes appearance, but its finish depends on the surface underneath. Check existing damage before paying for film so the installation does not become an expensive way of covering a problem that still needs repair.
Clean, sound paint is a better starting point than a chalky or peeling surface. Chips, sharp scratches and dents can still show through. Decide whether visible defects need correction before the chosen finish goes on.
Tell the installer about known body repairs. A repaint may look sound while having weaker adhesion than the original coating. The repair product and its curing requirements need review; do not assume wrapping immediately after repainting is suitable.
Old adhesive, damaged vinyl and surface treatments can affect preparation. Removing a previous wrap may reveal paint defects that were not visible at inspection. Agree how any additional work will be priced and approved before proceeding.
Think about removal now. Removable vinyl is not a guarantee of damage-free removal. Film age, heat exposure and paint condition matter. Keep condition photos and discuss a professional removal plan if you expect to sell or return the Kia later.
Know what comes with the installation
The exact vinyl series matters more than the logo on a sample book. Wrapping.ae offers 3M wrapping among its options. Compare the manufacturer, series and color code together, then check the terms supplied for that material in the UAE.
Applies to the film under its manufacturer’s conditions. The covered defects, exposure limits and remedy depend on the named product. A roof or hood may have different terms from a vertical door.

Concerns the fitting work, such as an edge or join that needs review. It is separate from the film manufacturer’s cover. The written agreement should explain the support period and how a concern will be assessed.

A warranty is not an assurance against parking damage, impacts or paint pull. Check exclusions for maintenance, chemicals, previous paint repairs and eventual removal before accepting the package.

3M Wrap Film Series 2080 is a vehicle appearance film to discuss when comparing options. A reference to that range does not confirm local color availability or a UAE warranty period. The quote should name the product actually being supplied; there is no universal term for every Kia wrap.
Walk around the car with the installer in good light. Review the agreed joins and boundaries so you understand the finish you are collecting.
A planned join can be appropriate on complex bodywork. It should be discussed before fitting, rather than discovered as an unexpected detail afterward.
Wait for the product-specific time provided at handover. Use gentle compatible cleaner and avoid concentrated jets at the edges.
Shade or covered parking can reduce exposure. Clean contamination promptly using the film maker’s method rather than aggressive scrubbing.
Ask about replacing the affected section. Retaining the film code helps, although a new section may differ from weathered material.
Arrange professional assessment before the film becomes brittle or badly degraded. Repainted or weakened surfaces can suffer paint pull, even with removable vinyl.
The published vinyl guides are AED 1,200 to 2,000 for one painted panel, AED 8,000 to 15,000 for a full sedan exterior and AED 15,000 to 25,000 for a full SUV exterior. These are category ranges, not fixed Kia packages. EV6, Carnival, specialty finishes and PPF need an individual quote. Confirm the film, preparation, inclusions and VAT-inclusive total.
The painted roof areas can be assessed separately from glass, seals and trim. Send a roof photo and the model year so the quote identifies exactly which surfaces are included.
No sedan package is assumed for a Carnival. Its body area, long side panels, sliding doors and selected roof coverage need an individual quotation.
Removal and any resulting adhesive cleanup or paint repair are confirmed separately. Photos help plan the work, but the condition underneath may need assessment once the old film is removed.
Do not plan collection on that basis. A complete color change needs preparation, fitting and checks, with the required adhesion time. Confirm the actual collection date after the film and vehicle are reviewed.
No. Film follows the surface and does not restore damaged paint or straighten a panel. Have the affected area assessed before choosing whether to repair, repaint or wrap it.
There is no confirmed single term for every material and installation. The quote needs the exact film, its UAE-applicable warranty duration, and a separate installation-support period. Check horizontal-panel terms, exclusions and whether a remedy includes labor as well as replacement film.
A smaller contrast design can be discussed without committing to a full body wrap. Identify the pieces you want changed; painted mirror caps, smooth trim, textured plastic and glass are different surfaces. The one-panel guide does not automatically price a collection of small parts.
