Car Detailing in Dubai

Choose the amount of cleaning your car needs, then see exactly what the package includes.

Start with an express refresh, routine detail, deeper interior and exterior work, or a full vehicle plan. The service is based on the condition of the car and its materials. Paint correction, coatings and specialist repairs are separate choices, so a detailing quote should not quietly add them.

Earlier Express guide: AED 250–350. Compare all four levels below, then request a current quote listing the tasks, VAT and collection time.

A complete detail starts with the vehicle’s condition and the finish you want to maintain.

Find the right scope

Four packages with different purposes

A quick clean, a routine detail and a deep interior job should not carry the same promise. Choose by what you want cleaned and how much drying and inspection the car needs. The package names are only useful when the exact tasks are agreed on the estimate.

01 / SHORT VISIT

Express

For a reasonably clean car that needs a visible reset. Focus on exterior wash, dry, accessible cabin vacuum, touch points and glass. It does not claim stain removal, machine polishing or paint correction.

Useful when

You want everyday dust removed before a trip or meeting.

02 / ROUTINE

Basic

Give the exterior and cabin more time than an express clean. Discuss wheels, door jambs, mats, trim and any simple finish care. A light polish is a separate process unless the quote defines it.

Useful when

You want routine care across both sides of the car.

03 / CONDITION-LED

Deep

For heavier cabin soil, marks on suitable upholstery and embedded exterior contamination. The method depends on fabric, leather, coatings and paint condition. Shampoo or extraction can require drying time, and not every stain can be removed.

Useful when

The car needs more than a wash and vacuum.

04 / WIDER SCOPE

Full

A planned interior and exterior detail with a written task list, focused areas and handover check. “Full” is not unlimited restoration. Agree whether a protective product or specialist stage is separately priced.

Useful when

You want one coordinated visit across the whole car.

Send the vehicle model and a few photos of problem areas. We can suggest a starting package, then check material and condition at the car before confirming work.

Compare the work

What each package can include

Compare the tasks below before you choose a package. Your written quote will mark the areas included for your car, optional work and exclusions.

How to read the table

“Core” is the planned exterior wash and dry in this comparison; your written quote confirms its exact areas. “Assess” calls for a material check and an agreed price. “Separate” is another service with its own quote line. Ask us to mark each included task before booking.

Plan the cost

Car detailing price guide

A quick refresh and a stain-focused deep clean need different time and methods. These earlier AED bands help you compare the levels. Send your car model and priority areas for a current quote listing the tasks, drying and collection window, VAT treatment and total.

SHORT VISIT

Express

AED 250–350

Indicative guide for a brief cleaning scope. A short appointment still needs a confirmed completion window.

ROUTINE

Basic

AED 300–400

Indicative guide for interior and exterior care. Specify whether wheels, jambs or any finish product is included.

DEEPER CARE

Deep

AED 500–700

Indicative guide. Stain work, upholstery method and drying requirements can change the total and timing.

WIDER SCOPE

Full

AED 1,000–1,300

A wider cleaning plan. Paint correction, coating and film need separate, named work and prices.

Vehicle size, soil level, pet hair, stains, trim complexity and optional stages affect the estimate. Ask for the quote to state whether VAT is included or added, plus any extra labor, material or return visit. Do not compare two tiers by price alone if one includes a wet interior process and the other is only a surface clean.

If inspection finds delicate fabric, a failing coating or damaged trim, agree on the revised method and price before work. Stain treatment or polishing should only be added with your approval.

Cabin care

Match the method to the material

A cabin is not one cleaning surface. Fabric, leather, a delicate headliner and the controls beside a seat can all need different handling on the same visit.

We identify the material and its condition first, remove loose grit, then test a suitable method where needed. Tell us about spills, previous cleaners and repairs before treatment. The aim is a cleaner interior without trading a stain for dye loss, excess moisture or damaged trim.

Fabric seats with adjacent cabin trim to assess before cleaning
Seat fabric, stitching and nearby controls should be assessed separately.
SURFACEAPPROACH AND LIMIT

Fabric and carpet

Vacuum embedded grit before spot treatment. Consider extraction only when the fabric, backing and drying window support it.

A spill in padding can leave odor even after the visible fabric improves.

Leather and coated trim

Use a compatible cleaner and measured moisture. Strong degreaser or scrubbing can remove the surface finish.

Ink, dye transfer and worn color may call for specialist repair, not repeated cleaning.

Delicate and powered areas

Headliners, suede-like inserts, perforated seats, switches and seat controls need restrained contact and moisture.

Pet hair and sticky residue under rails add access time that a stain photo cannot show.
Before collection

Review what was extracted, wiped or left untreated. Confirm drying time for seats and mats, and note marks that remain. Worn trim cannot be promised an “as new” finish. If a cover or mat was removed, ask when it can go back without trapping moisture. A deeper clean may also need a longer collection window, particularly when humidity slows drying.

Body and wheels

Clean without turning every mark into a polish job

Start by removing loose grit safely. Then inspect what the wash reveals. Cleaning, decontamination, protection and abrasive correction are separate decisions with different risks and costs.

WASHINSPECTDECIDE

What belongs in a safe clean

Choose contact products for the actual finish, whether factory gloss, matte paint, film or an existing coating. Wheel cleaner must suit the wheel surface. Keep pressure away from damaged seals, loose trim and lifting film edges. Tar or iron fallout may need a separate compatible process where the surface supports it; neither is a routine aggressive step for every car.

After the wash, identify chips, water marks, haze or clear-coat defects in suitable light. Some are deposits on the finish; others sit within or below it. A cleaner surface makes the distinction easier, but it does not repair missing paint.

Outside this scope

Headlight restoration, engine-bay cleaning and underbody work carry their own access and suitability checks. A package labeled “full” does not include them unless the written task list says so.

A realistic handover

Duration and drying are part of the package

A short surface clean and a wet interior detail have different collection windows. Soil level, the selected method and upholstery drying determine the collection window.

01 / ARRIVAL

Inspect together

Point out stains, odors, damaged trim, sensitive electronics, existing film, wheel finish and coated or matte paint. Agree which areas matter most and what result is realistic.

02 / WORK

Follow the agreed tasks

Start with dry removal of loose debris, choose products for each surface and keep a check on wet areas. The team should pause for your approval if a different process or price becomes necessary.

03 / DRYING

Allow the cabin to settle

Wet upholstery, carpets or mats need adequate drying before normal use. Humidity and how deeply a spill has soaked in affect timing. If a car must leave quickly, a lighter method may be the honest choice.

04 / COLLECTION

Review the result

Look at the agreed areas in suitable light, note remaining marks and receive care advice. Ask when seats or mats can be used normally and whether any follow-up inspection is needed.

The final estimate should give drop-off and collection windows for the selected package. Do not plan on an exact turnaround until the condition and method have been agreed.

Choose the right specialist work

When detailing becomes another service

Detailing is the complete cleaning and presentation plan. If you only need a routine wash and material-appropriate cabin clean, see car cleaning. If defects remain after a safe wash, the question becomes whether paint correction or paint repair is suitable, not how many more cleaning passes to add.

For light gloss improvement, compare single-stage car polishing. Persistent swirls and more visible defects need a separate paint correction assessment. For longer-term surface protection, compare a quoted coating or paint protection film on its own material, preparation, warranty and maintenance terms. A detail can precede these services, but it does not include them unless the quote says so.

Before the visit

Help us quote the car you actually have

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CAR01–04
Vehicle
Make, model, year and approximate condition. Mention any recently painted, coated, wrapped or matte surfaces.
Priority
Interior, exterior or both, plus the two or three areas that bother you most. Photos of stains, pet hair, unusual trim and paint marks help start the conversation.
History
Tell us what spilled and when. Disclose previous stain chemicals or finish products; avoid scrubbing a mark with an unknown cleaner before the visit.
Access
Remove personal items and identify valuables or accessories that cannot be moved. Ask in advance about child seats, boot, spare-wheel well and hard-to-reach areas.

Judge the result fairly

What a detail can improve and what it cannot

01

Dust and surface soil

Washing, vacuuming and careful contact cleaning can improve everyday appearance. Results depend on reach and the condition of the surface. Small crevices and worn texture may hold some residue.

02

Stains and odors

A suitable cleaner can reduce some marks. Dye loss, chemical damage and a spill deep in padding can remain. Masking a smell briefly is not the same as removing the source.

03

Scratches and faded trim

A clean surface makes them easier to see, but cleaning does not restore missing paint or worn plastic. Those need separate assessment and repair choices.

Before adding another treatment, ask what problem it solves and how its result will be checked. A more expensive package is worthwhile when its tasks address the car’s condition, not simply because its name sounds comprehensive. You may be better served by a Basic detail plus one focused interior area than by an undefined Full package.

Choose by condition

The same car can need a different combination

Choose work around the problem you can name. These examples are starting points, not fixed-price jobs or a claim that every mark has the same cause.

A broader package is useful only when its added tasks address the car. Basic plus one focused area may serve a daily driver better than an undefined Full detail.

EXAMPLE 01 / SHORT RESET

Nearly clean, short on time

Normal road dust and a tidy cabin can suit Express. Confirm which surfaces, wheels and openings fit in the visit. Embedded carpet grit, extraction and finish treatment are outside that shorter scope.

Starting choice: Express
EXAMPLE 02 / FOCUSED ADDITION

Daily driver with one stubborn area

Basic can cover a broader routine clean. Add a named task for rear-seat pet hair, a wheel with road film or an isolated upholstery mark if that is where the value lies. Do not move to a larger label without a task and price explanation.

Starting choice: Basic + specified area
EXAMPLE 03 / CONDITION WORK

After a spill or long storage

Deep work can require material testing, removable mats, extraction and more drying. Moisture or odor inside padding may call for further inspection or repair. Repeated shampooing of the visible surface is not a reliable answer.

Starting choice: assessed Deep scope

Show us the actual car before confirming the plan. A photographed mark can be dirt, dye loss or finish damage, and those lead to different methods.

After the clean

Leave with a manageable care routine

Vehicle washed as part of an ongoing gentle care routine
Repeatable care matters more than a complicated product shelf.

Ask which products touched leather, fabric, wheels and exterior protection. If a sealant or other protection was included, keep its name and first-wash timing on the handover record.

BEFORE THE NEXT DRIVE

Let damp areas finish drying.

Recently cleaned fabric and mats should dry before being covered or left closed in heat. If a damp smell persists, reopen and inspect the source instead of masking it with fragrance.

AT THE NEXT WASH

Remove grit before contact.

Use clean mitts and towels, and avoid dry rubbing. Follow the product maintenance sheet for a coating. Matte or textured film should not be given a gloss polish just because an adjacent painted panel tolerates it.

WHEN A NEW MARK APPEARS

Check what it is first.

Keep a note of stains that were only reduced so later dye loss is not mistaken for fresh dirt. Ordinary dust and wear will return. Choose the next service around vehicle use and material condition, not a fixed abrasive interval.

Make the routine fit your car.

A family car may need attention around child seats and snacks. A working vehicle may favor short visits for touch points and cargo access. A weekend car may benefit most from careful dust removal and a finish-safe wash.

Common questions

Car detailing FAQs

What is the difference between detailing and a routine wash?

A routine wash handles general exterior soil and a basic cabin clean. Detailing is a wider planned set of cleaning and finish-care tasks, chosen for the car’s condition and written package scope.

Does a Full detail include paint correction?

Not automatically. Correction is an abrasive process requiring paint assessment and a test spot. It belongs on a separate line with its own limits and cost.

Are ceramic coating and paint protection included?

Not by default. A quote should name any wax, sealant, coating or film product and its preparation and care. Specialist protection is a separate service choice.

How long does detailing take?

Express is planned as a shorter visit than a Deep or Full detail. Vehicle size, soil, chosen methods and wet upholstery drying set the actual hours. We will give you a drop-off and collection window for the agreed tasks before booking.

Will stains or smells disappear completely?

Some improve with a compatible method, but dye damage, set stains and contamination inside padding may remain. The team should explain the likely limit before wet cleaning.

Can you clean leather, fabric or suede-like trim?

Each material needs a suitable method. Identify it and assess the finish before choosing products. Delicate, worn or damaged trim may need a specialist repair rather than stronger cleaner.

How much is a car detail in Dubai?

The indicative guide shows AED 250–350 Express, 300–400 Basic, 500–700 Deep and 1,000–1,300 Full. Confirm current inclusions, VAT and the payable total in a written quote.

Should I choose Deep or Full?

Choose Deep when specific soil or upholstery work needs attention. Choose a Full plan when both interior and exterior need broader agreed tasks. Compare the exact task sheet and drying time.

Is mobile detailing available?

Check on-site detailing and collection arrangements before choosing the location. Availability depends on your address, access and selected treatment. Workshop collection is transport, not work carried out at your home.

How often should I book?

Use the vehicle’s condition and your wash habits rather than a fixed calendar. A car with pets, frequent sand exposure or a delicate finish may need a different routine from a lightly used car.
